SPEKTRUM was a collaboration between Studio Cookart, AEVA and Eva van Lieshout. SPEKTRUM did research on food experience related to colour. What do people experience when bread is pink instead of light brown? Why do people choose pink sushi over blue sushi? The pop-up event gave a lot of insights on how people make choices related to what they eat and how colour can influence taste.
